Creature Tales is an arts based organisation that works in areas of Community Cultural Development, Arts & Health and Tourism Visitor Experiences.  We aim to produce models of work that can be replicated and influence change for better advantage and build social capital by fostering intergenerational and cross cultural exchange.  Our current projects include a 2 year Communities for Children strategy which applies an arts and education approach to building capacity in areas of disadvantage. We are  delivering a model of work with Island Care named "Here & Now" which facilitates exchange's between art workers and high care residents in age care facilities, and we produce a Tasmanian themed arts & entertainment program for the Spirit of Tasmania ferry service that sails between Devonport and Melbourne.  Our achievements include collaborating with Strahan Primary to receive a State and National Environmental Education Banksia Award and managing long term projects as producers with national award winning social change organisation Big hART.
