Life Drama is a participatory action research project involving a sexual health, HIV and AIDS education program to raise awareness and encourage the prevention of transmission of sexual diseases, based in Papua New Guinea.
Papua New Guinea (PNG), is the largest low-income country in the Pacific, with some of the worst health and education statics in the region (Rosling, 2010). Political, social and economic instability contribute to the spread of diseases, violence occurs at all levels of society, and the consequences of increasing illiteracy hinder economic and social development.
Major partners - Australian Research Council, Queensland University of Technology, Papua New Guinea National AIDS Council.
