Biographical Info:
Sarah Ness, PhD has been working in the field of arts in health for nearly 15 years. She earned a masters degree in expressive arts therapies from Lesley University and a doctorate degree in mind-body medicine from Saybrook University. Sarah has worked extensively with trauma survivors and children and families in crisis. She started a creative arts program at Safe Alliance's domestic violence shelter, and she is currently the Charlotte program director of Arts For Life at Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte, NC.
