Our Bodies,Ourselves: East KY Women Speak Out is a storytelling forum of the East KY Reproductive Health Project. EKRHP is led by young women from southeastern Kentucky who are producing and distributing media that explores the reproductive health experiences, concerns and needs of young women in the region. By sharing stories and comprehensive, factual information EKRHP works to build a foundation for individual and collective action for reproductive justice in Kentucky, including access and availability of reproductive health care in the eastern region.

With this site we invite story sharing about the many topics surrounding reproductive health. Sometimes it may seen like our experiences don't mean much, aside from what they mean to us individually. But learning from the stories of others can be one of the most powerful tools for gaining knowledge and bringing about meaningful change in the lives of those who hear our stories.
