Barkly Regional Arts (BRA) developed a project to engage the services of kneeHIGH to assist the community in Tennant Creek and surrounding communities in the Barkly Region to work towards making giant puppets for the street parade and fire sculptures for the youth performance for the 2009 Desert Harmony Festival.
