Ventilated for 3 days then onto nasal C-pap - Under lights for jaundice - Score 5, antibiotics commenced - 3 blood transfusions - Temp. dropped so wrapped in alfoil.

2 - Week 3-5
3 blood transfusions. Aldecin drops to help clear plugs which were a problem whilst on nasal C-pap. Oxygen 30% - 40%. Tried head box - Score 4. Calcitrol commenced for rickets

3 - Week 6-8
FIRST CUDDLE. 2 blood transfusions. Tried head box again, lasted 36hrs - Score 5 antibiotics commenced. Finally into cot oxygen

4 - Week 9-14
1 blood transfusions - sub nasal oxygen. Full term 21/9/92 - -Into Special Care 2 - Graduating to 3rd hourly feeds. Breathed feed into lungs, antibiotics commenced

Into Special Care 1 - Taking all bottle or breast feeds - Hernias operated on - 1 blood transfusion - Last week into air and triple antigen shots.
