Big Wind
5 Aug 2008

Cyclone Larry crossed the north Queensland coast during the morning of Monday 20 March 2006. The eye of the cyclone made landfall near Innisfail with wind gusts estimated up to 240 km/h (Category 4). This was a big blow and it was terrifying. The noise - like a plane's jet engine howling through the house.
