Phase one of the project was completed as scheduled. This phase included the development of a series of Business continuity tools to facilitate the planning.

Phase two of the project is near completion with 8 businesses already engaged and their preparedness planning in the process of being finalised. All up 15 businesses booked in for the Business Disaster Preparedness Plan Development opportunity.

A final report will be produced at the end of the project offering an evaluation of the strategy to engage businesses and to also provide a series of recommendations for future engagements.
