A National Park Ranger is continuously looking after the Noosa National Park. The national park ranger has continuous duties around the clock ensuring ongoing protection, enhancement and management of natural, recreational and cultural assets making sure it is being kept in its pristine state.  For example some of the duties include-

·      Rubbish collecting,

·       Weeding,

·       Eradicate animals and weeds, which may be a threat to native plants and animals.

·       Educating tourist about the national park and its wild life.

·      Organizing controlled burn off.
