The B-Creative Urban Art Aerosol program, was developed by youth arts and events officer Charlotte Hilder and artists and arts worker Sebastian Fransz. The program works with young artist 15-25 years involved and interested in aerosol art. Initially funded in 2013 & 2014 by the Department of Justice as part of their graffiti prevention and removal grants. The program provides artistic mentoring, vocational pathways and public art outcomes.
A comprehensive evaluation tiled 'More than Free Paint' produced in partnership with Victoria University. presented at 'spectres of evaluation conference in 2014.
