Silver City is a town of around 10,000 people in Southwest New Mexico. It sits in the foothills of the Pinos Altos Mountains and lies on the edge of the Gila National Forest. The Silver City International Film Festival is held each fall in downtown. Past line-ups have included several rural-related films, including: All She Can, Woven Stories: Weaving Traditions of Northern New Mexico, and Run to the East
