This project will provide a wildlife corridor between large areas of bush to the north and south. This project is important to enhance the habitat of Giant freshwater Crayfish, Wedge-tailed eagle, platypus, Tasmanian Devil, Galaxias, and various water fowl and bush birds. Fencing of the area and the subsequent regeneration of local native tree species will promote a natural water filter for paddock water runoff further enhancing water quality.
