Open Access Connections: Facilitating communication services to encourage self-determination and stronger community connections for people in need. The Netbook Lending Library is a pilot project of 10 netbook computers that will be loaned out to homeless and low-income individuals. A computer literacy course will be taught as part of the program by peer educators in a collaborative learning environment.
