100 years ago, Utica, PA had all of the essentials for a (tiny) town of the time, acting as a little hub for the farms in the area. In 2010, the last- and lingering- Private business closed. Population count at the time? 200, down from 250 in 2000.

As the town- which never was big- dwindles, It becomes harder and harder to keep the places of community.
