Rabbit control

Rabbits are threatening native plant species Acacia enterocarpa commonly known as Jumping Jack wattle at Peake Point south of Tumby Bay.  The EPNRM Board and PLACC labor hire team are working together to eradicate rabbits to protect the native plants in this area.  Even the wildlife is helping us to reduce the rabbit population!  Rabbit proof fencing, warren destruction and rabbit baiting are techniques being used to combat this pest animal.  For more information go the epnrm website.
