‘Implementing landscape scale biodiversity management to protect the Coffin Bay coastal wetland system’ is a project being run by the EPNRM Board. The project was funded by the State NRM Regional Investment Unit and aims to deliver an integrated approach to pest management on the Eyre Peninsula at the landscape scale. A three-year (2009-12) on ground works plan is currently being implemented, incorporating pest plant and animal control, revegetation and erosion control focusing on the high biodiversity value coastal environments.
