Rita Seethaler lives in Marysville, Victoria. Following the 2009 Victorian bushfires she was successful in receiving a grant from Regional Arts Victoria, to implement an arts-based project to help rebuild her community. Rita formed a Steel Pan Band which encouraged bushfire affected communities to come together to play music. The project continues to grow today.
