I moved to Brisbane in 2003 from Sydney and my mother Ruth Frith accompanied me to our new residence in Algester. My activities include Masters Athletics (this is for people over 30 years and covers all Olympic Events), Lawn Bowls, and doing crosswords.

I have represented our great country in 2 Olympic Games and 3 Commonwealth Games in open company. In the Masters I have competed at 12 World Titles and currently am rated 3rd in the World in Hammer Throw and Throws Pentathlon.

Love coaching athletes with a disability in all aspects of throwing at 'Col Bennet Oval' Algester and have attended 2 World Games for the Blind as Coach and Manger of the Athletic Team.

Have visited Brisbane Town Hall to attend the 100+ Club luncheon hosted by the then Lord Mayor Campbell Newman and found the building to be extraordinary in its architecture and furnishings.

Received an OAM in 1999 for services to the Community and Sport.
